This order is a regular customer in Chile, and it is a pile pipe order from a construction company, and the end user is a public government project in Chile. Due to the cooperation between Xinyue and the customer in the past, Xinyue’s quality, delivery and service were excellent, and the purchase speed was very fast in this order, and it only took 1 month from the inquiry to the transaction.
At the beginning of the quotation, we provided several design solutions for the customer, with the sea transportation method, to maximize the customer’s procurement solution, the lowest procurement cost and the fastest delivery time, so as to seize the procurement right from the terminal together with the customer.
In the pre-production stage, the customer, technology and Xinyue team repeatedly communicate with each other about the technical details to meet the requirements of the terminal. During the production process, the customer’s inspector supervised the whole process, witnessed the raw material incoming, production, UT test, RT test, PT test welding and every production and testing process. In addition, SGS test report was provided for this order to double check the quality of Xinyue’s product.
At present, the cargo have all been assembled at the port and are ready for shipment.
