This order is still from a regular client. The client has been purchasing SMLS&LSAW&SSAW steel pipes from Xinyue for 4 years. After reading the project list and spool project supply record of Xinyue, the customer knew that Xinyue had its own welding and coating processing line this year, so he immediately sent an inquiry to Xinyue after having an spool inquiry. As expected, Xinyue gave the customer the best price and shipping schedule solution, and made 13 sets of drawings for customers and terminals to refer to. With the help of our technology and spool project experience, the customer successfully won the order and gave it to Xinyue.
After received the confirmation of customer’s drawings and order, we arranged the raw material procurement and welding process as quickly as possible, and completed the production within one month. In order to ensure the quality, our company arranged 100% UT testing of the weld area, and then arranged 100% hydrostatic testing after all of them were qualified in UT. The hydro test is conducted in accordance with EN13480-5 standard (1.5 times of the design pressure, holding 30 minutes for each spool), witnessed by a third party and 100% qualified.
After all tests are qualified, we paint and package the products (plywood seals the flange surface and thick section steel to wrap the four sides as support, also in PVC packed), so as to avoid damage to the flange and welding surface during transportation.
