This New Zealand customer launched their first cooperation in January 2023, with over 100 products including fittings and pipes. In April this year, the customer needed 5 pieces of H profiles, because it was a replacement order for last year’s project, so the quantity was very small and the customer urgently needed the stock to ensure the normal delivery of the project in progress. However, we did not have such stock in our warehouse after checking. Because we understood the importance of this order to the customer, we actively searched for a solution from the market and our list of high quality suppliers, and finally found the stock and informed the customer the day after we received the inquiry.
