CWC pipes are mainly used for laying subsea pipelines, providing negative buoyancy for pipes, ensuring their stability on the seabed, and providing mechanical protection for them. The surface of the steel pipe is sequentially coated with epoxy powder coating, adhesive coating, anti-corrosion coating, concrete coating, and reinforcement mesh.
CWC Production Range:
Pipe OD: Φ168-1422mm (6-56 inch)
CWC Thickness: 35-150mm
CWC Density: 2240-3400 kg/m3
Standard: ISO 21809-5
CWC Production Process:
1. Inspect anti-corrosion coating
2. Concrete Mix
3. Impingement Application, Concrete weight coating is applied onto anti-corrosion coating surface by impingement method. Wire mesh is wrapped into coating to reinforce coating strength. Polyethylene tape is wrapped outside concrete to prevent water from evaporation.
4. Coating Inspection
5. Curing, pipes will be delivered after 28days curing
