This order came from a new Australian customer that Xinyue recently developed, who ordered ERW steel pipes for a local piling project. After learning that the customer had no previous import experience , Xinyue held a video conference with the customer to show the customer our previous successful supply cases, allowing the customer to choose us with confidence.
The order needs to be purchased in three batches. After receiving the first batch of MTC, internal inspection reports , steel pipe marking drawings and other documents provided by Xinyue, the customer immediately decided to cancel the third-party inspection and fully hand over the quality control to Xinyue. Currently,the second and third batches of products are also in full production. Xinyue has always been determined to retain every customer with professional strength, and we believe that Xinyue can also work with the customer to start a long road of cooperation.
