This order was received on December 30, 23, from a customer who urgently needed a 6-inch elbow and emphasized that this was an urgent order.
We took immediate action after receiving the inquiry, determined the earliest production plan, and provided the best solution for the customer. During the communication process, we discussed the technical requirements in detail and submitted the product drawings in a timely manner for the customer to confirm. It was not until April that the customer confirmed that all details had been determined and was ready to place an order.
After inspection by a third party, the goods have been delivered to the freight forwarder designated by the customer, and we hope that they can be put into use in the customer’s project as soon as possible. We will continue to pay close attention to the operation of the order and ensure that the goods are delivered on time to ensure the smooth progress of the customer’s project.
