This order is for ERW steel pipes and fittings supplied to new EPC clients in the Middle East. The client was attracted through the promotion of many successful project cases on the Xinyue platform. At the beginning of the inquiry, the customer stated that they had placed an order with another supplier, but they did not receive effective and rapid feedback on project experience and technical support, so the customer terminated the cooperation with the previous supplier. After receiving a quick quotation and delivery plan from Xinyue, the customer immediately confirmed the order and stated that they chose Xinyue because we have extensive experience in supporting Middle Eastern pipeline projects (such as the NEOM project) and are more proficient in technology and product expertise.
The order consists of over 800 tons of ERW pipes and fittings, which deliver in two batches according to the customer’s project requirements. At the beginning of the order, we provided the customer with a complete set of production processes and quality control documents, and passed the customer’s third-party factory audit. Throughout the production and coating process, the third-party inspectors who supervised the whole manufacturing process also gave high praise to Xinyue’s products and quality control. The product has been successfully released and shipped to the customer’s project site. The customer is very satisfied with our products, delivery time, and service, and has expressed that they will continue to support Xinyue and maintain close cooperation.
