Today we are going to talk about an order from an old customer. We have been cooperating with this French tacit understanding customer for more than 3 years. Because they trust the quality of Xinyue, they always will contact Xinyue for supply whenever there is a new procurement, and Xinyue people always provide customers with a satisfactory answer sheet.
The product of this order is stainless steel fittings and pipes.
On the first day we received the customer’s deposit, Xinyue was busy preparing for the sourcing out the stocks of these stainless steel product. Although the product specifications were diverse and varied, Xinyue did not have any stock that could not be found.
Relying on a strong supplier supply, Xinyue prepared all the stock within 5 days. In order to make sure the product quality can achieve to client’s requirement, Xinyue arranged for SGS inspection on its own. After receiving the SGS inspection report, it was sent to the customer for approval. Within 7 days, Xinyue received the customer’s release notice.
The Xinyue logistics team was also the first to contact the forwarder and book the earliest LCL shipment, which was scheduled to be loaded and set sail at the end of the month.
