Anti-corrosion steel pipes are divided into two categories: outer wall anti-corrosion and inner wall anti-corrosion steel pipe:
Outer wall anticorrosion classification
1. 3PE anti-corrosion. The three-layer PE anticorrosion of the pipeline refers to the integration of the first layer of epoxy powder, the second layer of adhesive, and the third layer of polyethylene into one body, and is firmly combined with the steel pipe to form an excellent anti-corrosion layer.
2. 2PE anticorrosive steel pipe. As the name suggests, 2PE anticorrosive steel pipe has only two layers, the first layer is adhesive, and the second layer is polyethylene. These two types are combined with steel pipes to form an anti-corrosion layer.
3. Single PE anticorrosive steel pipe. The single-layer PE anticorrosive steel pipe is a process steel pipe that uses a shower coating process to combine polyethylene and heated steel pipes to form an anticorrosive layer.
4. Epoxy coal tar anticorrosive steel pipe. Epoxy coal tar pitch anticorrosion is made of epoxy resin, coal tar pitch, antirust pigments, additives, and modified amines to form anticorrosive steel pipes combined with steel pipes.
5. Coated anti-corrosion steel pipe. The outer anti-corrosion steel pipe is made of high-density polyethylene material wrapped on the outer surface of the steel pipe, which has extremely high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance.
Inner wall anticorrosion classification
1. Liquid epoxy coating IPN8710 anticorrosive steel pipe. This type of steel pipe is made of aliphatic polyurethane prepolymer and epoxy resin, high-quality pigments, additives, and solvents as the anti-corrosion layer. This technology is specially used for anti-corrosion on the surfaces of equipment, water transmission and distribution pipelines, and drinking water tanks that are in contact with food and drinking water.
2. Fused epoxy powder anticorrosive steel pipe. Fused epoxy powder is a solid material transported and dispersed with air as a carrier. It can be applied to the surface of preheated steel products, melted, leveled, and solidified to form a uniform coating for corrosion protection.
