Due to the tight delivery time, the customer emphasized the delivery time problem at the beginning of the inquiry. Xinyue made the implementation with the production departments at the first time, and made a quotation to the customer after ensuring that the customer’s delivery requirements were met. After repeatedly confirming our production lead time, the customer asked us to wait for news.
Since it is an old customer, Xinyue received a reply from the customer the next day. The customer expressed that he was very satisfied with Xinyue’s price and delivery time. For the purpose of reassuring customers, Xinyue rewritten the delivery terms in The draft contract is provided for the customer’s reference. Out of trust in Xinyue, the customer confirmed the contract on the same day.
