Portal scaffolding is widely used in construction of buildings, bridges, tunnels, subways, etc. due to its standardized geometric dimensions, reasonable structure, good mechanical performance, easy assembly and disassembly during construction, safety and reliability, and economical practicality. Placing wheels can also be used as an activity platform for electromechanical installation, painting, equipment maintenance, and advertising production. So what are the production requirements for portal scaffolding?
1. Appearance requirements of portal scaffolding
The surface of the steel pipe should be free of cracks, depressions, and corrosion, and the initial bending before processing should not be greater than L/1.000 (L is the length of the steel pipe). The steel pipe shall not be used for extension. The hooks of the horizontal frame, steel ladder and scaffold shall be welded or riveted firmly. There shall be no cracks in the flattened part of the ends of the rods. The pin holes and rivet holes shall be drilled, and punching shall not be used. No material performance degradation caused by processing technology should occur during processing.
2. The size requirements of portal scaffolding
The size of portal scaffolding and accessories should be determined according to the design requirements; the diameter of the lock pin should not be less than 13mm; the diameter of the cross support pin should not be greater than 16mm; the connecting rod, the adjustable base and the screw of the adjustable bracket, the fixed base and the fixed bracket The length of the plunger inserted into the mast pole shall not be less than 95mm; the thickness of the scaffold panel and the steel ladder pedal shall not be less than 1.2mm; and have anti-skid function; the thickness of the hook shall not be less than 7mm.
3. Welding requirements of portal scaffolding
Manual arc welding should be used for welding between the members of the portal scaffolding, and other methods can also be used under the same strength. The welding of the vertical rod and the cross rod, and the welding of the screw, the intubation tube and the bottom plate must be welded around. The height of the weld seam should not be less than 2mm, the surface should be flat and smooth, and there should be no missing welds, weld penetration, cracks and slag inclusions. The diameter of the weld seam should not be greater than 1.0mm, and the number of air holes in each weld should not exceed two. The three-dimensional metal bite depth of the weld shall not exceed 0.5mm, and the total length shall not exceed 1.0% of the weld length.
4. The surface coating requirements of portal scaffolding
Door scaffolding should be galvanized. The hooks of connecting rods, locking arms, adjustable bases, adjustable brackets and scaffold boards, horizontal frames and steel ladders shall be galvanized on the surface. The galvanized surface should be smooth, and there should be no burrs, drips, and excess agglomeration at the joints. The non-galvanized surface of the door frame and accessories should be brushed, sprayed or dip coated with two coats of anti-rust paint and one top coat. Phosphate baking varnish can also be used. The surface of the paint should be uniform and free of defects such as leakage, flow, peeling, wrinkles, etc.
