1. Grinding of thick-walled seamless nozzle: After cutting, use an angle grinder to grind the plastic layer of the nozzle. Its purpose is to prevent the plastic layer from melting or even burning during the flange welding process, damaging the pipe, and grinding the nozzle plastic layer with an angle grinder.
2. Thick-walled seamless pipe plastic coating treatment:After polishing, oxygen is used. C2H2 heats the nozzle outside the pipe to the inner plastic layer. The technician will then apply the prepared plastic powder evenly to the spout. It should be noted that it must be applied in place. The coating of the flange plate should be applied above the water stop line.During this process, the heating temperature should be strictly controlled. If the temperature is too high, air bubbles will be generated during the coating process. If the temperature is too low, the plastic powder will not melt completely during the coating process. In the above case, the plastic layer will fall off after the pipeline is put into service, and the seamless steel pipe of the pipeline will be corroded and damaged.
3. Thick-walled seamless pipe cutting: According to the actual required pipeline length, the pipeline should be cut with a metal saw or a toothless saw. When using water welding during the cutting process, there must be a treatment method to protect the raw materials.During the cutting process, fire and heat resistant materials should be used as baffles to connect the sparks and hot iron beans that fell during the cutting process to protect the raw plastic layer of the raw material.
4. Thick-walled seamless pipe connection: After filling with plastic, connect and install the pipe and fittings. During the connection process, add a rubber gasket between the flanges, tighten the bolts, and tighten them to a sealed state.
