The first time we met with customer was at the 2015 German Fair, and we have been cooperating for 7 years since 2015. we still remember that at the German exhibition in 2015, both parties communicated a lot of technical details, including steel-making, deoxidation methods, how to avoid the phenomenon of no porosity, slag inclusion and delamination inside the steel pipe, as well as the dimensional tolerance. The customer requested that the outer diameter tolerance be plus or minus 0.75%, the wall thickness tolerance be plus or minus 5%, and the straightness be less than 1MM/M. Because the customer is a textile and other mechanical processing roller, the customer has very strict technical requirements.
General suppliers fail to meet such strict requirements of customers, but Xinyue has rich experience in machining.
