In last Oct，Xinyue received a new enquiry of LSAW steel pipes with Epoxy painting from our regular client for a small jetty piling construction to Australia. The enquiry is very complex, one OD pipe but with several different length and in total quantity only several piles & less than 50tons, also required heavy thickness Epoxy painting. After several months of bidding, design changes and price updates, the project finally made good progress in this February. However, the production time left for us is very tight due to the early technical &commercial confirmation took too long time.
In order to help customers catch up with the construction time by the end of August, Xinyue production and technical department launched a quick pre-production meeting, and made well production arrangement for welding and coating and other processes, in order to connect each process perfectly and deliver the finished products to customers in the earliest time. At present, raw material steel plate has been in emergency production.
