In 2022, Xinyue has helped Kazakhstan customers to win more than 10 projects. In September, once again helped the customer to successfully win the natural gas transmission project. Project procurement specifications are divided into seamless steel pipes and straight seam welded pipes. Among them, the straight seam welded pipe requires external 3LPE anti-corrosion, and internal epoxy paint anti-corrosion. The pipe is required to meet the impact requirement of 19.6J at a temperature of -40 degrees.
Xinyue has carefully checked the technical requirements of customers in the early stage of quotation, and provided customers with feasible and competitive solutions to help customers win the project . In order to better help customers control the quality, Xinyue initiatively proposes to do physical and chemical experiments on raw materials and steel pipes when executing the contract. Strict requirements are also put forward for anti-corrosion. ITP and MPS documents must be provided before production, raw material test reports, and quality inspections must be regularly arranged to go to the factory to witness the production progress.
At present, the seamless pipe part of the project has been produced. It is expected to ship in early October. Xinyue will strictly control the quality of each steel pipe. Live up to the trust behind every order.
