At the beginning of May, Xinyue received the purchase demand from regular customer in the Philippines. According to different wall thicknesses, we recommended different galvanizing methods in production, Xinyue suggested that 48.3*2.5mm do pre galvanized process, also suggested that can use 88.9*3.3mm hot-dip galvanized pipe with 220g zinc thickness in storage pipes; Our plan saves time costs and raw material costs for customer. After the customer’s research and decision, our suggestion was finally adopted, and we soon received the customer’s order confirmation.
In the following time, the order works smoothly. It is worth celebrating that the 2nd week after signing the order, we received a purchase order of size 48.3*1.6mm again. After many times of cooperation, our two sides have already reached a tacit understanding. In a series of processes such as order production, progress feedback, marking arrangement, finished product inspection, each link is extremely smooth, Xinyue completes all production on schedule. At present, these two orders have been shipped at the same time at the end of June and are expected to arrive at the port of destination at the end of July.
