Six month ago,we established the first contact with client,we were told that the client had a factory construction project that required to purchase a large quantity of stainless steel plate and pipes by the end of the year,moreover this was the first part of this project.However the client has a strict delivery requirements, they required delivery time within one week after placed the order. After receiving the PO,Xinyue prepared the raw materials immediately and coordinated every related department to proceed this order,finally all the products were delivered within 3 days,beyond client’s imagination.
All the products are made of 316L stainless steel and are manufactured strictly in accordance with ASTM standard. As the customer has strict requirements for the corrosion resistance of the materials, we executed intergranular corrosion test for all materials and issued relevant test reports to ensure that all products will not have any quality issue during the installation and application of this project.
This is just the first batch of materials for this factory construction project. According to customer feedback, there will be a second, third, and fourth batch, and there will also be a demand for duplex stainless steels. We are looking forward to the continued delivery of good product quality and service to our customers in the future, and we firmly believe that Xinyue can continue to go further and better in the broad road of the North American market.
