The NOEM New City project is a major initiative promoted by the Saudi Arabian government, with stringent requirements for material supply to meet its construction timeline. In response to the tight schedule, Xinyue promptly activated its efficient supply chain management system upon receiving the order. Within just 10 days, Xinyue overcame numerous challenges to successfully deliver the required steel pipes to the port, ensuring the smooth progress of the project.
