The construction of public transportation projects has strict safety standards for all kinds of products. Based on the accumulation of years of supply experience, Xinyue has a perfect control and inspection process for the quality of such products, and has established a good reputation in many countries and regions. In 2024, Xinyue has successfully won two public transportation project supply rights for customers in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, respectively purchasing steel products for subway slurry delivery, dehydration pipelines and airport construction.
Xinyue’s regular customers, an internationally renowned contractor, met with Xinyue in the Middle East exhibition, and reached a new cooperation project: the construction of the first section of the Egyptian government Metro Line 4 project. Based on the win-win cooperation between the two parties in the past and Xinyue’s influence in the Egyptian market, customers have great confidence in Xinyue’s products and services. The Xinyue team also actively cooperates with customers to provide customers with technical data review and provide various support in the screening and selection of pipe fittings and valves in steel pipe supporting connections. At present, all the products of the first section have been delivered and are gradually put into construction and use. Matters of other tender sections are being discussed with customers.
This batch of steel pipe is used for the construction of local airport in Saudi Arabia. At the beginning of the inquiry, the customer ordered 240 tons of carbon steel seamless pipes, which are all using internal anti-corrosion FBE (epoxy resin coating) and external anti-corrosion 3LPE (three layers of polyethylene coating) process, to ensure the long-term use of pipelines in harsh environments. Finally, all the goods passed the third-party inspection successfully. This strict quality control system is what Xinyue has always insisted on. After receiving the inspection report, the customer continued to add a new order. At present, all the goods have been successfully shipped to Saudi Arabia, we will continue to pay close attention to the progress of the project, and provide customers with whole-process tracking services to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
