This order is quite difficult for us and our client. The steel grade of steel pipes is high and the quantity is small. The customer knew that Xinyue has 40 years of history and experience in the steel industry and was rich in resources, so he specially came to us for help. We found the best inventory plan for the customer at the beginning of receiving the inquiry from the customer, but due to the design change of the end user, the order has not been determined. We have also updated feasible solutions for customers during these times. By the end of May, after the design of the end user was confirmed, the customer directly sent the contract to Xinyue. However, due to four months passed away, the previous inventory has been sold out. In order to help customer complete the project support as soon as possible, we gathered the procurement, planning, production, logistics and other departments to carry out a meeting for detailed resource search and production plan, and set the fastest delivery time of 30 days. The customer was very satisfied and paid a deposit the next day. Now all the pipes have been completed as scheduled and sent to the port for waiting for loading.
In the production process, we strictly implement each test step. After all the physical, chemical and impact tests of raw steel plates and billets (CNAs laboratory) qualified, then the production of pipes can be arranged. After the completion of the product pipe, the physical, chemical and impact properties of the finished steel pipe were tested. 100% NDT was carried out on the weld area of the T-welded pipe, and all the tests were qualified.
