This order is still for hollow section-H beams supplied to regular clients in Vietnam. This customer has been cooperating with Xinyue for 4 years. After years of cooperation, the customer’s recognition of Xinyue brand’s steel products is extremely high. The order quantity this time is of 96 tons, but the customer stated that they can only accept a delivery time of less than 2 months because the project needs to start using this batch of materials in about 2 months. Considering that this type is a relatively special size, we immediately contacted several major top steel mills in China to inquire about production schedules and the fastest delivery time. Finally, we provided a delivery plan within 2 months to the customer. The customer was very satisfied with our solution as soon as they received it, and immediately gave the PO and arranged for LC payment.
Finally, under our hard pushing, all the beams were produced within 40 days. At present, all beams have been completed and shipped. In every shipment process, we will maintain close contact with customers and provide them with photos of finished products and container loading in a timely manner. The customer has always been very satisfied with our products and services.
