This order is still for hollow section-H beams supplied to regular clients in Vietnam. Ce client coopère avec Xinyue depuis 4 ans. The order quantity this time is of 96 tonnes, but the customer stated that they can only accept a delivery time of less than 2 months because the project needs to start using this batch of materials in about 2 mois. Considering that this type is a relatively special size, we immediately contacted several major top steel mills in China to inquire about production schedules and the fastest delivery time. finalement, we provided a delivery plan within 2 months to the customer. The customer was very satisfied with our solution as soon as they received it, and immediately gave the PO and arranged for LC payment.
finalement, under our hard pushing, all the beams were produced within 40 jours. Maintenant, all beams have been completed and shipped. In every shipment process, we will maintain close contact with customers and provide them with photos of finished products and container loading in a timely manner.
