Due to the long service life, the customer has lost the design drawings of the valve. Considering that it is a replacement project, the slight gap in the specifications may cause the customer to not be able to use it. In this regard, Xinyue has carried out detailed communication with customers, and entrusted customers to take detailed pictures of valves on the platform.
According to the pictures and some technical details provided by the customer, Xinyue engineers have drawn detailed valve drawings for the customer to verify. More than a month later, the customer sent a message. After detailed confirmation by the terminal, it indicated that the drawings provided by Xinyue were very detailed and professional. The contract was settled that day.
After more than a month of intensive production, this batch of replacement valves has finally been successfully sent to Nigeria.
