This is the second time that Xinyue has received an order with the same specifications and technical requirements from customers. The first time we received a customer inquiry was in September 2022. We learned that the product is suitable for oil and gas transportation projects. On the premise that the technical requirements are higher than ordinary inquiries, the Xinyue team tested the customer’s pipe bending in the technical terms. Requirements and customers were discussed in depth. At the same time, he shared with the customer the experience of the Xinyue team in supplying high-grade steel pipe bending projects. The customer expressed great trust and appreciation for the strength and professionalism of Xinyue. After more than two months of project evaluation, bidding, and technical review, the order was finally confirmed to Xinyue.
After receiving the customer’s order, Xinyue held many emails, telephone calls and video conferences with the customer on the production arrangement plan, transportation plan, etc., to ensure the transparency and compliance of the product manufacturing and inspection process. Customers also appreciate this.
At present, the production and inspection of this order has been completed, and it is expected to arrive at the destination by the end of October.
