This story is about a new customer from Indonesia. At the beginning of the inquiry for the first order, the customer clearly requested the fastest delivery time. Therefore, Xinyue’s sales integrated multiple resources and provided the customer with two price plans, one for a half month delivery plan and the other for a new production time of 40 days. Based on the above two pricing schemes, Xinyue, together with the customer’s third-party inspection company in China, held a two-hour video conference with the customer. During the meeting, the sales fully demonstrated the strength of Xinyue’s company and its involvement in project construction over the past decade to the customers. At the same time, the differences between the two price schemes were elaborated in detail, and a detailed packing plan was made for the products inquired by the customer, thus winning high recognition from the customer.
After the video conference, the customer entrusted their third-party inspection company in China to come to Xinyue to inspect our Factory. This inspection also passed smoothly, so the customer trusted to hand over the order to Xinyue Steel.
The first order was completed on scheduled half a month later and passed the third-party inspection company’s inspection one by one. The customer was very satisfied with the inspection results. So for two consecutive months, the other two orders with the same specification were also handed over to Xinyue Steel.
