This is the first cooperation with a new contractor in the Pacific region. During the period from product confirmation of the customer’s terminal project to the customer’s internal technical confirmation, Xinyue provided professional advice and information support as always, and handled the customer’s problems at the first time with the principle of customer first, and finally the two sides reached cooperation and smooth production and delivery.
At the same time, in the era when the doors of the country are wide open and opportunities and challenges exist side by side, Xinyue Steel can stand out from many competitors by summarizing the following points:
1. Strong resource integration advantage:
The order of this project contains 7 pieces of anti-corrosive pipes, because of the small quantity and tight delivery time, the basic scheduling of the current Chinese factory is full, and it is very difficult to re-batch and schedule the customization. We quickly found the recently scheduled order of the same product, and based on the long-term reputation of Xinyue, the production department worked overtime to schedule the production and deliver this batch of pipes at the same time without affecting the delivery time of other products. At the same time, we passed the inspection of the quality inspection department and shipped the products.
2. Flexible logistics scheduling capabilities:
The goods need to be sent to Majuro port in Marshall Islands, which is a relatively “lonely” island in the Pacific region, few ships arrive or pass by, but the customer does not have its own freight forwarder, we need to arrange shipping to the destination port. We have been exporting for dozens of years and have exported to more than a hundred countries and regions, so our flexible logistics scheduling is not a problem for shipping to Majuro, and we gave detailed shipping information for customer’s reference at the first time to quickly solve the customer’s concern about shipping.
3. Internal and external coordination ability
In addition to Xinyue’s products, the customer also purchased some other equipment from other suppliers and wanted to use Xinyue’s logistics capability to deliver them together. There were 6 suppliers in total, and different types of products and packaging had to be shipped together in one container, which tested the time control and packing ability of Xinyue. After collecting all the product information from other suppliers, our logistics team made a timely packing plan to ensure that all the products could be loaded into the container, and fully grasp the time to load the container into the warehouse before the shipping company cut off the order, so that the customer could have no worries.
The cargo is now on its way to the destination port. We are looking forward to more orders from the customer to achieve win-win cooperation.
