During the period from product confirmation of the customer’s terminal project to the customer’s internal technical confirmation, Xinyue provided professional advice and information support as always, and handled the customer’s problems at the first time with the principle of customer first, and finally the two sides reached cooperation and smooth production and delivery.

1. Fort avantage d'intégration des ressources:
La commande de ce projet contient 7 morceaux de tuyaux anti-corrosifs, en raison de la petite quantité et du délai de livraison serré, le planning de base de l'usine chinoise actuelle est complet, et il est très difficile de re-doser et de programmer la personnalisation. Nous avons rapidement trouvé la commande récemment programmée du même produit, et basé sur la réputation à long terme de Xinyue, le service de production a fait des heures supplémentaires pour planifier la production et livrer ce lot de tuyaux en même temps sans affecter le délai de livraison des autres produits. À la fois, nous avons passé l'inspection du service d'inspection de la qualité et expédié les produits.
2. Capacités de planification logistique flexibles:
Les marchandises doivent être envoyées au port de Majuro aux Îles Marshall, qui est relativement “seul” île de la région du Pacifique, peu de navires arrivent ou passent, mais le client n'a pas son propre transitaire, we need to arrange shipping to the destination port. We have been exporting for dozens of years and have exported to more than a hundred countries and regions, so our flexible logistics scheduling is not a problem for shipping to Majuro, and we gave detailed shipping information for customer’s reference at the first time to quickly solve the customer’s concern about shipping.
3. Internal and external coordination ability
In addition to Xinyue’s products, the customer also purchased some other equipment from other suppliers and wanted to use Xinyue’s logistics capability to deliver them together. There were 6 suppliers in total, and different types of products and packaging had to be shipped together in one container, which tested the time control and packing ability of Xinyue. After collecting all the product information from other suppliers, our logistics team made a timely packing plan to ensure that all the products could be loaded into the container, and fully grasp the time to load the container into the warehouse before the shipping company cut off the order, so that the customer could have no worries.
