En septiembre 2023, we received an inquiry from a client in Azerbaijan, a country in the Caucasus region, for steel grades under Russian standards. The client mentioned that this was for a tender for SOCAR’s oil transportation project.
Given that Xinyue steel has extensive experience with Russian standards and holds a series of relevant certificates, we provided product images, technical data, and associated certificates for each item in the initial quotation. Over the course of the six-month bidding period, we maintained close communication with the client, providing real-time updates on the latest market trends. In March 2024, we assisted the client in successfully securing the tender, and in April of the same year, we reached a cooperation agreement with them.
In accordance with the project’s technical requirements, all products were manufactured and processed strictly in line with Russian standards, from raw material procurement to production processes.
