For our customers, the most important thing of this order is the delivery time. The customer informed the urgency of the order when making an inquiry. Only when the delivery date is met can the order be finally won from his customer. From the moment of receiving the inquiry from the customer, we correspondingly found the solution based on stock coils & billet. In order to better meet the urgent needs of the customer, we promised the customer to prepare all raw materials within 10 days, advance all production plans, and complete the steel pipe production within one week(which normally need 35 days production time have been finished within 25 days). Such a solution enables our customers to finally get the order and give the order to Xinyue without hesitation.
28th March: Received the customer’s inquiry and gave the price and delivery plan
2nd April: Customer received this order
5th April: Customer give Xinyue this order and made payment
8th April: Book the shipping date and shipping space
25th April: Complete the production of all pipes
26th April: All pipes are delivered to the port
5th May: Xinyue pipe loaded onto vessel
10th May: Vessel left Tianjin Port as scheduled
