In this May, Xinyue received a new enquiry of SMLS steel pipes which required urgent delivery time on or before July to Australia. The enquiry is for clients’ own use, for a small liquid transmission project. The product is SMLS DN100 SCH80 12M, the quantity is 25tons, loaded by one 20ft container.
However, the customer has not had good purchasing experience in China before, so they pay more attention to the quality of seamless pipes. In order to reassure customers, Xinyue offered the third-party inspection and provided the real-time photo reports per week. And in order to meet the customer’s requirements on the delivery date, Xinyue immediately checked the inventory, and urgently contacted the freight forwarder to determine the earliest shipment date.
In Mid June, the shipment safe departed as scheduled. Both the customer and Xinyue are looking forward to the further perfect arrival in July.
