Fin janvier, Xinyue a reçu un appel téléphonique d'un client africain régulier, who expressed an urgent need for two bend pipes to complete the connection work on a natural gas pipeline project that was currently under construction, due to changes in the design drawings. With time running out, Xinyue quickly organized a conference call with the production and logistics departments and provided the customer with a solution with the optimal delivery time.
The next day, the customer’s technical team had a discussion with Xinyue about welding technology points. After confirming that the bend pipes produced by Xinyue could perfectly meet the customer’s needs, the customer signed a contract with Xinyue on the same day.
Après 10 days of intense production, Xinyue delivered the goods to the customer as scheduled. Due to the tight deadline, Xinyue packed the goods for air transportation as required by the customer, and the goods have now successfully arrived at the Lagos airport.
