From the moment we received the inquiry from the customer, we always provided the inventory scheme to the customer. Finalmente, our cooperated factory promised Xinyue to prepare all the tubes within 25 dias. Such a plan enabled our customers to finally get the order, and gave the order to Xinyue without hesitation.
Although we are on time for delivery, we have not relaxed our quality control. We have achieved 100% quality inspection for all the lists. Due to the epidemic situation, our quality inspection team was unable to conduct on-site inspection. Sin embargo, in order to ensure the quality of our customers, we invited a third party TUV to conduct a comprehensive inspection and sent the TPI test report to our customers. The customer was extremely satisfied.
