The Indian client is a church builder. The client contacted us in the middle of last year. But no purchase order was confirmed. I contacted the customer on August 19 this year, and the customer asked to update the price scheme. After updating the price, I found that there are many people asking about this order in the market. We have many competitors.
Knowing that the customer was in a hurry about the delivery date, I used the company’s resources and integration to find the spot plan to the customer, and at the same time sent the customer a photo of the spot. The customer is willing to cooperate.
toutefois, the client was very cautious because it was the first time to cooperate with our company. From August 20 to August 22, I successively solved the customer’s technical communication and confirmation problems, especially the problem of the company’s trust. I made a lot of presentations and introductions:
