The end user of this project is the Libyan Petroleum Company, which cooperated with the customer for a large straight seam project five years ago. The product specification of this time is 323.9*9.53MM seamless pipe. The first inquiry received this inquiry was at the end of April 2021, with a total of 1400 tons and external corrosion of 3LPE coating. At the initial stage of quotation, the customer asked us to provide a complete set of technical data for approval, such as ITP, MPS and QCP for steel pipes and coating. With years of project supply experience, our sales specialist and technical team quickly issued a sample documents to end user for review and approved.
However, due to various reasons, the negotiations were hindered by the client’s restrictions and the different positions of the two sides regarding payment methods.
