This order comes from Xinyue’s regular customer in Southeast Asia, purchasing sheet piles for the supply of hydrologic ecological landscape construction projects, and the customer is a strong local steel trader. This cooperation is the third successful cooperation with the customer by virtue of “high quality and excellent service” since the first cooperation in 2023. Since it is the first time for the client to supply this type of project, both the customer and Xinyue attach great importance to ensuring the high-quality execution of the order from production to delivery. After receiving the order, Xinyue contacted the quality factory for the first time, and according to the customer’s technical specifications requirements for item-by-item confirmation, then arrange the production. From order production, product inspection, to the final packing and shipping, Xinyue has always maintained communication with customers, and actively feedbacks real-time photos to customers.
